Swaksh Infratech Private Limited, formerly known as Seasons Exports Private Limited, was setup in 1991 under the ageis of M/s IOCEE Exports Limited to then focus on other untapped export market and ancillary items of IOCEE Exports Limited.

Over the years, with changing focus of the group into technological areas, growth of other companies in the group like BPO, Technology training, Connectivity business, Voice & Data Solutions business etc. it was decided in 2012 to rename the company and direct its focus on other technology areas currently not targeted in other companies of the Group.
